We strive to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase. If for any reason you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we offer the following exchange policy:

Eligibility for Exchange:

1. Items must be exchanged within 30 days from the date of purchase.

2. To be eligible for an exchange, the item must:

   - Be unused, in its original condition, and with all original packaging and tags intact.

   - Be accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase.

3. Certain items are non-exchangeable, including but not limited to:

   - Sale items or final clearance products.

   - Accessories (e.g., Caps, Knives, belts, facemask) 

   - Customized or personalized products.

Exchange Process:

1. In-Store Exchanges:

   - Bring the item to any of our store locations along with the receipt and original packaging.

   - Our team will assist you in exchanging the item for another product of equal or higher value (price difference will apply).

2. Online Exchanges:

   - Contact our customer service team at +254702887106 to initiate the exchange.

   - Once approved, ship the item back to us in its original packaging. We will process your exchange after receiving and inspecting the item.

   - Please note that you are responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning the item.

Terms and Conditions:

- Exchanges are subject to availability. If the desired item is out of stock, we will issue a store credit or offer an alternative product.

- We reserve the right to refuse an exchange if the item does not meet the above conditions.

- Protective & Tactical Equipment Kenya is not responsible for any items damaged or lost during return shipping.
